How liquid are the loans? If I want to take back my loan at any moment, can I do so? Have you guys ever ask that?

fully liquid, you take it back whenever you want but the interest will be reduced if it didn't reached it term. If you take it back before 12 full months, you get your principal with 0% interest. If you take it back after 14 months, you get your principal + the interest granted after 12 months. Simple.
