Real money

Store days and events are paid work. Content pays a fee. A review refunds what you paid for the product. It lands in a euro balance you can send to your bank.

Nothing expires

Your points do not run out, and spending them never costs you your level. That is why there are two balances instead of one.

Published rates

Every action is worth a number we publish, and a point is worth €0.12 in the shop. Same rate for everyone, whatever your level.

What you can do

Pick one thing, or all of them

Most people start with one and end up doing three. Nothing is exclusive, nothing is a category you get locked into, and you can stop whenever you like.

Run a store day

A half or full day in a Decathlon or a Cultura, putting darts in people's hands. This is the thing that actually sells the game, because nobody buys it from a photograph.

50 to 100 pointsPaid work

How it works
  • You apply to a mission that already has a place, a date and a duration. We staff it and confirm you.
  • A short contract is signed in the club before you go, so the rate is agreed in writing rather than over WhatsApp.
  • Proof of presence is two photographs, one when you arrive and one at the end. Nothing more forensic than that, and a person looks at them if there is ever a doubt.
  • 50 points a half day, 100 a full day, plus the agreed pay, which lands in a euro balance you can send to your bank.
  • Decathlon, Cultura, fairs and exhibitions. Filtered to your country, so you are never shown a shop you cannot reach.

Film while you are there

Real people playing, in a real shop. It is the hardest asset this company can buy, and the person standing there is the only one who can get it.

125 points eachTwo per assignment

How it works
  • Filmed while you are on a mission, so you are on site with the darts already out and people already playing.
  • Two per assignment, maximum. Beyond that it stops being footage and starts being a quota.
  • The mission brief says what the video needs to show. That is checked when it arrives, and low confidence goes to a person rather than to a rejection.
  • 125 points each. Two of them come to more than the full day they were filmed on, which is deliberate rather than an accident of the table.

Make content

We publish a brief: this product, this kind of video, this fee. If you do not own the product we sell it to you at half price and refund that too when the content lands.

25 points, plus a feePaid

How it works
  • We publish briefs: this product, this kind of content, this fee. You can sort them by what they pay and pick whichever suits you.
  • Say whether you already own the product. If you do not, you buy it through the club at half price, with your details already filled in.
  • When the content is validated we refund that half price and pay the fee on top. You end up with the product for free plus payment for the work.
  • 25 points for a social video on any platform, once we have the file. 20 for a blog article, which needs a link, an in-use photograph, enough words and a human writing it.
  • You can film the same product again after 120 days, as long as the new video is genuinely different. A re-edit of the old one does not count.

Review a product

Pick something from the list, buy it on the marketplace, and give it the best review you can. A new listing lives on its first reviews, and the purchase price comes back to you.

5 to 20 pointsReimbursed

How it works
  • Pick a product from the list. We give you the words to find it on the marketplace, and you place the order yourself.
  • Send us the order confirmation, which tells us the order is real and what you paid.
  • Four or five days later, once it has arrived, we prompt you to review it. Then you send proof, and a few days after that, proof it is publicly visible.
  • 5 points for text, 10 with a photograph, 20 with a video, and the purchase price back on top.
  • We are asking for reviews on a new listing, and for the highest rating you can give it, because a product that rates well stays visible and keeps selling.

Answer in the forum

Tell someone what works in a store on a Saturday. Credited the moment you post, and there is no cap on being useful, which we were told was a strange decision and kept anyway.

2 to 5 pointsCredited at once

How it works
  • Sections for each programme plus a general one. What works in a store on a Saturday, how long a review takes to appear, which surfaces let you down.
  • 2 points for an answer, 5 for a substantial one or a new topic, credited the moment you post rather than after a review.
  • No cap. Somebody genuinely helpful should never be throttled for being helpful, and we would rather deal with the rare bad actor by hand.
  • If a moderator removes a post the points go with it, and you are told what was removed and why. Nothing is ever taken back silently.
  • If the community starts relying on you we will ask you to moderate. That carries a badge and 80 points a month.

Lend to TOSSIT

The last loan programme we will ever offer

We built this company from nothing, with no external investors and no shortcuts. We would rather owe our growth to the people who play our games than to a fund that would have taken a part of the company for the same money.

Simulate your loan

What you lend also sets your level in the club, the day the money arrives, and it does not wait for the term to run. €1,500 is Runner, €4,500 is Raider, €24,000 is Warlord. Those points stay with you for four months after the loan is repaid, then step back to what you earned yourself, because the standing was for money that was at risk and the money has come home.

How it works

  1. You tell us the amount and the term you want.
  2. We send you the loan agreement, you sign it.
  3. You transfer the funds. Interest starts the first Monday after receipt.
  4. Your collateral stock is allocated once production lands, five to seven weeks later.
  5. At maturity you receive capital and interest in a single payment.

What the money is for

Stock: the company is financing close to 200,000 units for Christmas, Black Friday and back to school retail periods. Retailers do not wait, and a stockout in November would waste a year of work. Television and media: close to 400,000 euros for the end of year campaign, which cannot be funded from current cash flow but pays back through stores and online channels. Team: the company is doubling from thirteen to twenty-six people to open big markets properly instead of half covering all of them at once. New project: moulds, prototypes, packaging and two dedicated hires are already committed spend for the launch of a new collectible product within eighteen months, with a crowdfunding campaign at the front.

Collateral

One TOSSIT starter pack is set aside for every €15 you lend, held unsold in one of our warehouses until the loan is repaid in full. Photographic proof of the allocated stock on request.

Why this is the last one

We have run this programme for three years. The first supporters were repaid more than a year ago, and more reach maturity in the coming months with the bonus on top of what they lent us.

Every year it has become a little less generous, because every year the company has become a little less risky. At the end of September we move from loans to bonds, which let us raise considerably more and will pay less. The rates above will not exist after that date.

Important

This is a loan to a private company, not a deposit. It is not covered by any deposit guarantee scheme (other than the company one) and it is not a regulated investment product. Your capital is at risk. Only lend money you can afford to have tied up for the full term. This is not investment, legal or tax advice.

Points

Two balances, and one of them can never go down

Every loyalty programme has the same flaw: you reach gold, you spend something, you are not gold any more. We split the score from the wallet so that cannot happen.

Never spent

Progression points

Your score. It decides your level and nothing you buy can take it away. It only moves down if a loan ends, and then only by what the loan gave you.

Yours to spend

Shop points

The wallet. Games, hoodies, caps, socks, and anything else the group makes. Free delivery over 50 euros of value, and no minimum order.

€0.12 is what one point is worth in the shop. Published, fixed, and identical whatever your level, so a €50 hoodie is 416 points for everyone. Your level takes money off the euro price instead.

Levels

Six levels, and the maths is on this page

A full day in a store with two videos is 350 points. That is the unit worth holding on to while you read this table, because it makes the top half look a lot less far away than it sounds.

Recruit0Points onlySigning up. That is the whole requirement.0%
Runner200€1,500Two full days in a store. Or one, if you film twice while you are there.9%
Raider600€4,500Six days in a store, or two with videos. Or sixty reviews with a photograph, from your sofa.18%
Captain1,500€9,000Five days with videos. Or bring people in: referrals alone cap at 1,400, which is most of the way.27%
Commander3,000€15,000Nine days with videos, across a year. This is somebody we know by name.36%
Warlord5,000€24,000Fifty days in a store on their own, or fifteen if you film while you are there. Meant to be hard.45%

Two badges sit outside the ladder and do not compete with it. Backer, while a loan of yours is running. Keeper, if the community ends up relying on you and we ask you to moderate.

Money

Some of this is a wage, not a reward

Points are the fun part. This is the part people ask about second and care about first, so here it is plainly.

Store days and events are paid work

A rate agreed before you go, a contract you sign in the club, and payment after the day. The points are on top.

Content pays a fee, and the product is free

You buy it at half price so we know it reached you, then we refund that half and pay the fee on top when the content is validated.

The purchase price comes back

You pay for the product, we pay it back once your review is approved, and the points come on top.

Loans return to your bank, never to a balance

Capital and interest arrive in one payment at maturity, straight to your own account. They never turn into points and they never sit in a wallet we control. Your capital is at risk, and the full terms are above.

Bring someone in and take 30% of what they earn

Up to 1,400 points, paid as it lands rather than held behind three friends and a spending threshold. We have been on the other side of that one and it is why this works differently.

Why this exists

It started with somebody who wanted more than his money back. A backer called to arrange a loan, and halfway through it became clear he wanted something else entirely. He wanted to follow the company, understand what was happening backstage, give an opinion, be asked, and put his own address book to work. He wanted to contribute, not just fund. There was nowhere to put him.

At the same time we had a completely different problem that turned out to be the same one. People help us constantly. They run demonstrations, staff fairs, review products, film videos, and introduce us to campsites and distributors. All of it was organised over WhatsApp, which is effortless for the person helping and close to unmanageable for us. Nobody could see who was doing what, what they were owed, or what they had already been asked twice.

Club is one place for both. You get visibility, standing and a way in. We get a channel, a record, and permission to ask.

FAQ

Real answers

Is this actually cash, or is it points dressed up as cash?

Store days, events and content pay real money, and a review purchase comes back at the product's own price. It arrives in a euro balance you can send to your own bank account or spend in the shop. Points are separate and buy product.

Do points expire?

No. The only exception is points a loan granted you, which end four months after the loan does, because the standing was for money that was at risk and the money has come back.

Can I do more than one of these?

Yes, and most people end up doing three. The question at signup only decides what we show you first. It signs you up for nothing.

What if I just want to read and not do anything?

That is fine. Sign up, turn everything off, and look around. Notifications are off by default, all of them, which is the opposite of the usual arrangement and entirely on purpose.

How hard is the top level really?

Hard, and we would rather do the arithmetic here than let you find it out later. Warlord is 5,000 points. On store days alone that is fifty of them, which is most weekends for a year. Filming twice each time takes it to fifteen days, and bringing people in can carry 1,400 of it on its own. In practice it is a mix over a year or two, and only a handful of people will ever hold it. Everything below Captain is within reach of one committed weekend a month.

Is lending safe?

There is always a risk. It is a loan to a private company rather than a deposit, it is not covered by any guarantee scheme, and repayment depends on our ability to repay. What sits against that is a fixed return agreed in writing, collateral stock held unsold in a warehouse against what you lent, and three years of this programme being repaid on time. Lend an amount you can comfortably leave in place for the full term.

How old do I have to be?

Fifteen to work a mission with us in a store or at an event. Eighteen to lend, with no exceptions. Reviews, content and the forum have no age gate beyond having an account.

Do I have to live near you?

Store days and events happen where we are running them, and you only ever see the ones in your own country. Reviews, content and the forum work from anywhere in the world, which is how most people outside France take part.

Who can join?

Anyone who wants to help. It is private, it is small, and everybody in it has put something in, which is the only reason it works.
